Walt Whitman.

-Who is/was Walt Whitman?American poet, journalist and essayist.(May 31, 1819–March 26, 1892).
-What type of literature did he write? He wrote of nature and homosexual love with vivid descriptions of the human form.

-Is he a realist or a romanticist? why? He was a part of the transition between transcendentalism and realism, incorporating both views in his works. Whitman is among the most influential poets in the American canon, often called the father of free verse.

Some people like to do only what they already do well. Other people prefer to try new things and take risks.

I prefer that people should try new things and take risks because you don't like something until you try it. Your life can get boring if you don't try new things because you are doing the same stuff over and over again. You could find out you are really good at something. So go try something new and who knows maybe you will like it(:
